Single screen cinema clean n tidy and too economical

This is the only cinema hall in the city.
but there are only cons of it.
Screen is very dull. Worst seating arrangements. No seat no.s provided. Not even cleaned a single time. Someone is smoking. Someone is drinking. Everybody is allowed.
Not recommended this place to go.
But it is the only cinema hall..so... everyone is bounded.
