Balaji Theater

At my childhood Balaji Theatre was the best but now It was a bad experience. All the seats were broken. The air conditioner doesn’t work very well even the fan was in very slow speed. So it would be better not to visit. They should improve sound system, at some point of time feels like headaches. Very poor maintenance, not recommended. Instead go to Shanmuga cinemas or any other at same ticket cost.

There was lot of good theatres in pondicherry but why book my show selected this theatre i don't know worst management and hospitality. Believing book my show also doubted after seen this theatre.

Really you can enjoy any film here🎉🔥🔥..One of the oldest theatre in pondy and having capacity to fill more people.If they pull the seating arrangements far better they will be the BEST.

Seats are pretty much just chairs that barely recline. Nocleaning after each show. Popcorn, waste paper plates, other food and beverage covers, all lie on the floor everywhere after each show. As the audience we aren't supposed to litter, but they weren't cleaned after the previous show either. The screen itself is dirty and when there's a lot of whites in the movie that is being projected, the dirt and stains are clearly visible. Would be much, much better if they come up with some sort of queue system to enter the premises and into the theatre, because right now, everyone just funneled into the theatre through cramped doors. The reception area where they also sell snacks, is very small for the theatre's occupancy. There must be a queue system for the snack area too, or else there will be a lot fo chaos and stampede.

Seats to be renovated, toilets must be cleanliness with a good atmosphere. Stalls to be well organised. Totally big changes with improvement required
