Nice theatre.... screen size is small... cleanliness average..... parking facilities not proper. Seats are good and comfortable. Sound quality i would rate 3/5...... needs to be more clean. Toilet not clean. Overall so so experience 6/10....

Ambiance of Mukta-Nupur is just awesome, Dolby Sound makes it the best cinema hall to watch movies because sound makes movie awesome... Seats are very comfortable and interiors of hall is of purple colour which makes it attractive, photogenic and pleasant. Screen quality is really good, colours are not faded like some other cinema halls. Popcorn and Cold Drink are costly. Combo of 2 medium size Cold Drink and 1 Tub of Popcorn was Rs. 400. That's too costly for me. Price of tickets were Rs. 110 and Rs. 130 for each seat. Its a good cinema hall to watch movie. But there is nothing outside the mall where you can go for shopping. It's just a cinema hall to watch movie.

Here is my experience for nupur mukta A2 cinemas!
Nupur mukta A2 has been one of my fav Cineplex in Aurangabad until yesterday. Especially the screen on 1st floor because of its sound. Although I would like to briefly highlight my recent experience for "Kantara" movie at nupur.
I booked my tickets 2 days advanced to grab the best seats for screen on 1st floor, especially to experience Dolby Atmos. Quite excited for the movie as it was a hit already and I have been counting days to watch it. With this excitement we got into our seats and the movie starts. Since the beginning of the movie I realised that something is not right and it took only 2-3 mins to notice the issue. Guess what? The sound was being played on wrong (low) volume. How long? This was the case until it was last few minutes left for the interval to start! The whole 1ST HALF OF THE MOVIE LIKE "KANTARA" WAS BEING PLAYED ON LOW VOLUME! Now those who have already seen this movie, you guys know how nerve wrecking the forest scenes are. This was of immense disappointed, and this is the kind of carelessness that was seen during the screening. To repay my experience, I watched the same movie at INOX Reliance mall the very next day. Thanks to the only self made Cineplex in Aurangabad by INOX to set the benchmark for comparison. Being very recently watched, I was easily able to compare the Audio and video experience (also the seats actually - not at all comfortable at nupur mukta A2, poorly maintained I would say.) The bass was thunderous at reliance mall I could literally feel it in my body while at nupur, it didn't even reach to me is what I felt (even in second half where the sound levels were corrected by the control room person). The dialogues weren't crisp enough, or rather didn't feel lively as they did at reliance mall. The surround speakers do very well at nupur but the front (main) speakers somewhat lack in delivering the exact experience that the movie was supposed to have.
Review for screen on the ground floor: The fact that all the rows have slightly less desired height then what they should have is quite disappointing and makes me sad. Results, if someone is sitting on the seat exactly infront of you - enjoy their head coming in between your vision to screen :) Even if you recline the seat to the max limit, you will still see the head of the front person blocking your vision to screen. And same review for seats, poorly maintained.
The only reason I used to go to nupur was to experience the sound, but because of "Kantara" movie and the associated experience with nupur and reliance, I got a chance to compare both of them. From that it is very clear that nupur somewhat lacks in the sound experience despite having used the best hardware. That's it! Somehow I still love the sound of the screen on ground floor, which I experienced during the movie "Sita Raman".
Another thing that I forgot to add (valid only for screen on 1st floor): Nupur colleagues don't know how many lights to turn on and when to turn off - before the movie begins, during the interval and after the movie ends. This might sound silly but the adequate amount of light exposure necessary to enjoy the ambience is very important. The purple color is so beautiful and accurately used in the ceiling and side walls but the white light (LED or whatever) it just kills it's beauty. It's like enjoying the candle light dinner with lights in the room on - stupid right? If they are screening trailers with this sort of lighting, it totally spoils it. Also they didn't turn the lights off after the movie started. They were late by around 2mins. I value experience. Good experience is invisible because you are so much indulged in living it, while bad experience itself screams out loud that this is not how it should be.

The brightness of the screen is very low. They charge more than Book my Show and bumbard the combo forcefully even if you do not want it. Not recommended at all.. Still if you want to visit, please book the tickets online.

Had a great experience. I think this is the only one good theater in Aurangabad after PVR Cinema. Huge screens and great surround sound atmosphere. This is also reasonable movie theater (except beverages & food items). I will suggest you should definitely come here to watch movies on big screen.

You must watch movies at screen 2(smaller one) it has best sound quality (Dolby).Only problem is screen is at centre of wall. I have watched many 3D movies had best sound.If you have option of 2D at particular screen then must watch because 3D and 3D glasses is poorest in city.Because of screen you have to seat in 5th-7th row or you will feel you are watching on TV . 3D and screen also cause headache sometimes Screen 1(bigger one) has large screen than second also it has best sound quality but seat are not stadium type.

One of the best theatre for movies like 2D and 3D.The sound quality, picture quality are best. The theatre is good, clean.The seats arrangements are downward so that everyone can see the screen properly. staff is very understanding and cooperative, polite in communication. Excellent variety Food u can have here. Best for families. It has nice interior.
