MovieMax - Eternity Mall , Thane

One of the good movie theater located at centre of the city. All public transportation is accessible in near by area. The theater is good with the sitting arrangements, sound quality and ambience. You can book the tickets on bookmyshow.com
Weekend and evening shows are costly. Otherwise price is affordable. Parking is available on chargeable basis for both 2 and 4 Wheeler.

We went there to watch Karthikeya 2.0 on the big screen. After we reached there, the only feeling we had inside of us was 'regret'! Not a single shop was open and all the shutters were down in the "Mall" and the place gave off a vibe of an abandoned factory rather than a Mall. The escalators weren't working. The walls and roof were all broken and had big scary holes in them. The waiting lounge outside the halls were a bit better but only a Single fan was available. Food was so damn costly and the taste wasn't even worth it. One Sandwich costs ₹200 and a Small Cheese Popcorn bucket cost us ₹300. We literally wasted ₹500 on food for nothing. Tickets costs ₹180 per person for the Prime seats. Seats were also so uncomfortable. It's actually better if you would book the Recliners to watch the movie peacefully or better if you won't go there at all. Also, there were barely 20 people max who actually watched the movie there. You can see for yourself in my pictures how empty the hall was. For me, this place doesn't match at all compared to it's name. Better go to INOX or some better places for watching movies in the theatres.

This mall is around 2km distance from thane bus or railway station. You can take an auto or walk through the busy roads of thane and you will get that vibe , why is this place so busy omg ....I went to the mall thinking it was some inox or pvr like mall but really disappointed with it totally.
I would suggest to book tickets there itself instead of buying in advance and pay more taxes. The entrance was dirty the walls were not painted like some theatre to attract audience and in the canteen the prices were so high even though the food provided was not fresh . I would suggest you to avoid this unless you want to sit on a recliner and enjoy the show for a normal or prime ticket as the theatre is completely empty I literally could only find 30 people max for the show. Inside the theatre it's not that dirty compared to outside .... Yeah it's fine you can enjoy the show . Don't put expectations on shopping inside , you will only have to regret last time I went there i can see only closed shelters and security guards here and there . Reduce the expectations and sit on the recliners and enjoy the show .......

The moviemax part is affordable and good for the price but it is almost located in an abandoned mall. It does not feel safe to visit alone as a woman

Seats are good. Sound is average. Screen quality good. Price appreciate the quality of service.

Now the premise are clean and maintained. Availability of lift etc makes it convenient. Wash rooms were clean. The sound system was working properly. Good experience!!

The theatre is good but the mall is shut. Lift is extremely slow and inoperative after night shows. Escalators have not been working for a long time now. The food area besides the theatre is very average. Movie tickets are reasonably priced so 2 stars, else nothing much left in the mall.
