Service n Behaviour of staff and Manger is nice and the facilities like food n entertainment is good. Theatre is Amazing sound n big screen awesome feel to watch movie ,Family oriented place.

No water to drink,
Staff is rude. They behave like gunda with customers. Food quality is also worst.
Overpricing of packed items. Far from city, hence, no public transportation available.

The management should look into the cleanliness of the theater otherwise everything was good.

Worst service from this hotel. Suggesting not to visit here. Always waits the customer for food. Shameless manager.

In this location the banquet hall is very well maintained, decor is so good, such a good space there and the theater and rooms and pool are also good.

The Cinema Hall is just average and the behaviour of employees are very poor..
Better go to Gold Mark...

Avoid going on Sundays as restaurant is filled with guests. also restaurant size is small, their swimming pool is bigger than that. Tandoor cuisines / Dal makhani etc were not available despite their inclusion in menu. We ended up in skipping our program there.
Washroom was dirty and despite informing the front desk, it wasnt resolved until we had to ask some person in executive capacity.
This property deserves better management.
