Staff is very bad and rude. The volume was very low during doctor strange multiverse of madness. So I said them if they can increase some but staff members were talking very rudely like we have not given them money and were sitting there for free,
also they don't run AC.
They don't even deserve a single star.
Ankita is better than this theater.

Very bad experience. The staff is like -"jada nahi 1.5 crore dedo mai volume 5 pe to kya 25 pr krdunga". What would you expect from a big cinema like this one, good experience ? But here everything is opposite.The escalator of the mall doesn't work, ac doesn't work, gives interval out of nowhere, low volume , their staff casually talking to each other loudly during show. Overall very bad experience if there was a minus star rating i would have definitely given that.
Go to ANKITA multiplex instead or you can try gursikh cinemas , this one's not worth !

A mediocre sized Mall contains three screens at third floor. Though the screen halls are small ones but seats are very comfortable and food stuff is good with reasonable price. The Mall has good shopping choices and not too crowded.

Bakwas service, security staff is good but cinema hall restaurant staff is not devotive and very uncooperative.

Bogus experience and very stinky atmosphere..The crew was also rude.Not at all recommended.

Worst experience.
Guy on the ticket window doesn’t even talk properly.
Once we reached cinema at 10:01 p.m.
He told me that we need atleast 8 tickets to run the show and we are ready to buy 8 tickets but he said that show time is passed. We can’t run this show now.
So this cinema can’t run a show after 2 minutes delay and other cinema will run the show if you are 15 minutes late.

Don’t go here. Most of the time there shows are cancelled. Worst Cinema in burhanpur
