PVR Utsav

Hi friends I 4 star to PVR satna, multiplex is nice but the eatables are too much costly if you have lots of money than its ok but if you middle class than eatables are too costly for you. Small popcorn here costs 240rupees and large popcorn costs 350 rs. Combos are also too costly. It better if you are coming for a movie than have food before this or outside this. After the covid i visited once PVR. But in front of khane peena store of PVR there is a bhel chat type small there is eatables are at reasonable rate, but they are not tasty. I order veg Frankie but the taste was average. PVR satna is situated approx 6 km from bus stand and 7 km from railway station. It is situated near to Virat nagar and on the panna Highway. The quality of the sound was ok and seats was also. I watched in screen no -3 but i surprised there that there was no recliner seat. First time I saw there is no recliner in PVR. I watched Ranway 34 movie starring Ajay Devgan, Amitabh bachchan, Rakul Preet Kaur. Movie is nice it's a story of two pilots who saves live of all onboarding passenger of flights after that they faced a enquiry in which both of them suspended for three months and Amitabh bachchan was head of enquiry. I found one store named just outside this PVR called KGF dose but didn't go there because of less time.

Sitting arrangements are not too good...but yes sound quality is better than other cinema hall in city

In Satna it is available is very good thing for citizens but I think it should be improved. Chairs were not good means it should be mend regularly. This one point is most important then sound quality was Good. I liked this experience of PVR in Satna.

The staff tried to oversell us things. When ordered some food they added extra item "MPOP LEMON PEPPER PACK" by themselves as if it was a complimentary thing but they added it as part of the bill. Only after telling them that I didn't order this thing at all they took it back. This is very unprofessional and unethical thing to do when you work at one of the biggest cinema chain in India.

Apart from this one bad experience, the overall theatre experience is ok and I like the clean and tidy management of the places. Please make the movie going experience smoother and don't indulge into scam selling things.

Staff - polite and understand that they are working with a brand, even in city like Satna.

Wow!!!! Amazing place for..... Cinema house ... Unique area coordination tactics r show in PVR Utsav..... It's mind blowing...... I have seen...... That..... It's very good for others cinema PVR talkies comparison ..... I have seen for others place or state.....its will My best experience in PVR cinema Utsav...... I request for everyone..... One of the best cinema hall we can imagine in smart city satna. The last seats are really wonderful facility with push back and pull up system. The sound sustem awesome. The staff really treat the customers like welcoming kings. Salute this entertaining facility.
