Sridar Cinemas

This is a very old cinema hall in the town. Nothing has changed even after 10 years. The screen looks the same, sitting arrangements are the same. Never take the middle chairs they will freeze you with their ACs. Sound quality and picture quality is good. Value for money. The toilets are clean. They need to upgrade it with time.

The good old Sridar. Firstly no car parking and better use the opposite pay and park facility for cars. Ample parking for two wheelers. The projection and sound is average and no point in comparing to multiplex quality. The best thing is the first row seats of the balcony 👌 perfect viewing in those seats with ample leg space and a wide view without any obstructions.

Very nice experience. Affordable prices. 5.1 dolby atmos. Staffs are friendly.

One of the oldest theatre in ernakulam. Now its kind of okay condition. Dont expect pvr or ionx kind of viewing experience. Manageable.

So I had a bad experience here when I went to watch No Way Home on 16th December 2021. It was the 12:15 show and the screen lighting was horrible. I could barely see clearly. It felt like watching a Cam print in a large screen.

During the Interval, some of us went to confront the screen operator. It was then that they told us about the issue. After making a scene, they refunded our money.

For this bad experience alone, I feel like giving them a one star rating but the refund did come quickly. They did not annoy me more there. For that I'll increase my rating.

The problem is with who ever runs this theatre, if there was a problem with the screen, they should have cancelled the show. Instead they decided to show us this amazing movie on this broken screen. Its really sad. I waited years to see this movie on the first day and they ruined it for me and alot of others like me.

They put value on money first and not the experience of their customers. And thats just a very bad way to go ahead for a business. I dont plan on coming back here.

I hope the theatre owners take this experience as a message and work better or eventually no one will come here anymore.

🟢If you are booking online, collect the glasses from the outside counter and then enter. They will check the online ticket at the door to the theatre hall.

Good theatre with very good sound effects. But there is no parking for 4 wheelers which is a difficulty as we have to park in the marine drive pay and parking area opposite to the theatre. The theatre is not on the roadside but little bit behind the roadside.

This theatre is situated in marine drive, road side. Parking area is very small. It's a small theatre. Premises are looking good.Neat washrooms,tables and chair available near food court.

It took a bit of time to figure out the building. Sound and image clarity is good. We went to watch Avatar 2. Popcorns were good and reasonably priced.
