Over all nice experience from Carnival cinemas artech mall.They will charge 50rs for parking(4 wheeler).But their service was nice,because they will guide us.we can safely park the vehicle in the slot they provided.Also the staffs was so humble.A sad thing was the prize of food items in the Carnival cafe was too expensive.

The theatre is actually very good. It is a very big theatre with seats arranged with steep slopes hence no visibility issues. The sound system and screen are top class. There are 3 horizontal sections and each is priced differently based on type of seats and distance from screen. The only issue is accessibility of the theatre during night is a hideous task. There are no staricaces we have to wait for a huge queue to use the lift.

The worst Carnival screen I have ever been to. For the promoters, this facility is only useful to defame the goodwill and legacy of Carnival brand. The complex where the screen is situated has got underground multilevel parking system, but those systems are never used and one has to park anywhere on the main road side. It's better to avoid popcorn or other snacks from the counter, I have seen insects inside the display boxes. Be prepared to sweat for the second half of any movie you watch. No air cons after the interval ! Better avoid this place.

It's a good place for relaxed movie experience. But snacks and drinks are high priced than outside rate. And outside foods are not allowed inside. But they will allow you to have ur coffee inside the theatre room, some theatres won't allow that... Anyway overall it's a nice place. Nice seatings, awesome theatre experience and staffs are also well mannered.

Theater audio and video are good. Recliners works very well. Problem which i faced was that for entry as well as exit there is only 2 elevators which might get very hectic during peak time. No other shops or store function in that building. Another big problem is that we are there for movies and we are charged for parking! (Rs50) its not about the amount, no matter how small or huge, it is WRONG!!! Very rude staff behaviour in parking too... In food corner medium popcorn and large is only available, not even an option for small quantity.

Parking is not charged. AC works good for the entire length of film. Good audio and video system. The head rests of the seat has slightly started getting a bit dirty, still not a let down.
Recliners works very well.
