One of the worst experience ever. I along with my family (Me, my Mother, Wife, Brother, His Wife) reached 5 mins late and instead of somebody helping us with seats, we found some other people sitting on our seats. I had to run here & there to get my booked seats. The occupants were known to theatre people only. I missed 20-25 mins of movie. I wondered why I chose this Cinema Hall. This is ridiculously insulting coming this theatre with family. Very Bad Experience!!
