INOX Insignia Ardee Mall, Gurugram

Had a nice experience at this cinema. The auditorium are not very big and have limited number of seats to improve the movie experience. The seats were very comfortable with recliners and you get on seat food and beverage service from the staff which makes the experience smooth. The staff is also good. The tickets prices are dynamic and a bit costly sometimes but overall its a nice package for movies watching.

This is a better hall than all others currently in gurgaon. The lazyboy experience is good and comfortable. Why i am not so overwhelmed is because i have experienced better in Cinepolis vip. As compared to cinepolis vip the screen size is small, the spacing between the seats is less( not the width but the armersts as close to the next). Its comparable to a business class seat in an aircraft. Though Cinepolis vip would be comparable to first class in an aircraft.
Another thing i missed was imax. Insignia doesn't have imax which reduce your experience by 1 notch but im not complaining.
Nevertheless in gurgaon i would say this is the best cinema experience one can have in the absence of Cinepolis VIP.

Good place to relax and watch movie , the Auditorium has less number of seats and you get enough space , the seating is comfortable . They have live kitchen running , on weekend looks like kitchen can’t handle the load since we got part of our food after reminder . My coffee did not came at all and I took refund after the movie . They gave refund promptly. I revised the place because if warm food so this visit was little off.

My advice order your food before break specially when it is crowded.

My first taste of luxury and was not disappointed. Everything including service was upto the mark. Coke and red bull were being sold at MRP which was surprising and ordered a cappuccino which was great too. Overall, a great experience and felt more like a private screening with great service. I am surprised people rating it just 4 stars while their comments are more towards perfection.

One of the best movie theater that i have been.
I have traveled a lot and enjoyed a lot of movie theaters. INOX was warm welcoming and luxurious. Classy touch with very nice service. Reclining chairs, food ordering service from chair and great sound system.

However, while buying tickets, the 25% off on the paying screen is just for display. They didn’t adjust anything despite their system is showing a discount.
Great food while watching Black Adam, looking forward to watch Black panther in November.

even watching a night show for a woman alone, really good ambience., Good service.. food is good.. crowd there is decent though a little expensive but worth it

When I scanned my tickets I was told at the reception “sir please take a seat and we will call you when the show starts” . For a while I was shocked I had never heard that in a movie hall announcements are made for shows being started. May this was something new. So I kept waiting then when I walked in finding that no one called I was told that Drisham 2 movie has started. I mean common on you guys nailed every level of my movie theatre experience

Please put a screen in front of the lovely dining space as which show is getting started. People come to movie theatre for watching movie so first priority is movie rather than dining or food. Also training your staff is very crucial. Hopefully I will visit again.
