Parking is not available. Today i had a show (RRR) at 1pm i reached at P&M at 1:15 pm and at gate a Guard stop us and told you can't park here because parking is full. Please go and park somewhere else. Very Frustrated and bad experience. Rest is good. Things are expensive then normal market.

The screen size and sound is appropriate just one thing i find bit uncomfortable is the seat. The seat can't be pushed back. Other than that everything is fine.

I have visited this place multiple time post covid and I have noticed every time that the auditorium is not fairy cooled and its almost suffocating .
Last time I visited I raised this concern with the manger he said that yes the ac had triped and now we have again switched it on.
But I can say he lied .its almost there cost saving trick .
It gives very bad experience. I suggest you if this happens to you. Don't wait for others to raise there voice . If you have problem you must complain .

It's a big mall with lots of stores. The main attraction of this mall is cinepolis where people go to watch movies. It has elevator and escalators for easy commute within the floors. It also has food court with many choices to choose from. It also has clean and hygienic restrooms.

As per my experience at Cinepolis and other theaters of Patna what I feel is that Cinepolis is the best place to watch movies in Patna.
Cleanliness- Halls are thoroughly cleaned after every show. No complaints for Cleanliness.
Comfort- Seats are very Comfortable and the view is also Great.
Picture and Sound Quality are Phenomenal.
Location - Cinepolis is located at a very accessible location even at night. Its in the middle of the town.
Price - This is what I Don’t like about Cinepolis and makes me think before going for a movie at Cinepolis. This is the most expensive movie theater in Patna. Most of the times the price is 2 times the price of tickets at other Movie theaters. Obviously this is not a value for money place because of the price.
Conclusion- If you don’t have any problem spending those extra bucks for a better service then Cinepolis is the best place for watching Movies.

Liked the theater experience. At par with most of the good theaters that I have visited in India. Food is priced high. Not that because of being in Patna, there is any compromise in price. One of the biggest negatives was that one has to walk down the stairs for almost 2 floors once the movie was over. There was no option for a lift. This could be a problem for elderly. Else the other things looked fine.the food court is small but the good items served taste better than any average food court

I guess its the best Multiplex in Patna with its own set of drawbacks.. The screen sizes are on the smaller side with 3D screens really small. Sound experience is great. The theatre, lounge area and restrooms are well kept and clean. The water fountain is a nightmare to use. If you are going for a movie, booking online at the cinema is faster than the slow cashiers at the counter. Staffs behaviour is ok. Still for the time being there isn’t any better multiplex option.
