Galleria is having 2 auditoriums...one is on the second floor other is on the fourth floor....
Sound and picture quality is very good....
Capacity is also good....
Food counter is there... Sanitation facility is also there...
Galleria is inside sohum shopping mall...

The sound quality is fine. But the seats could be cleaner. It seems the owner have not cleaned the sits since years. They charge almost 250-400 rupees, per sit, and the customers deserve at least clean sits.

Making good use of their monopoly in Dibrugarh. Service is so poor. Seats are proper. But screen brightness is too low, especially difficult to watch 3D movies. Sound quality has degraded. But the worst experience is that they would not turn on the AC. Too humid, warm and uncomfortable experience. Even upon multiple requests they wouldn't turn it on. Or maybe it was on but needs to be serviced because it was not working at all.

I’ve been a regular customer there for over a decade but what I’ve experience is the brightness of the screen is way too low to watch a movie and it gets even worse when you watch a 3 D movie. So, what I’m trying to say that the galleria should better try to fix the issue ASAP other than that everything is ok🦶🏿.

Worst hall i have been to. Don't ever go there if you want to have a good 3d experience. I would say even my small town hall offers good picture and sound quality. dibrugarh really needs another cenema hall.

Staffs behavior are not good, Never respond their phone number, and not good hospitality with customers very proudy. And also their Coffee corner want to "Loot" customers... Tooo music expensive and high price

Best place to experience a movie on screen in Dibrugarh. Picture quality and audio is quite satisfactory.

Entry is allowed maximum 30 mins before movie starts. Snacks and beverages can improve.

Only multiplex in town. Located at RKB Path is easily accessible and visible from the road. The facilities include lift, snacks and beverage counters and "clean' restrooms. Would have rated five stars but for the lack of wheelchair ramp.
