They broke my headlamp clamp and they kept my vechile for a week just to get a general service, replacing of wiring kit, washing.
They kept the vechile for a week doing nothing and not even a single day they have called me to update even when i use to call them nobody use to reply my call
Mr Vignesh hasn't replied my call wenever i have called and wen i visited the service centre to collect the vechile today that is on 26-Dec-2022 i reached around 3:30pm to 4 pm it was not washed, the engine oil and oil filter is not changed as informed them at the time of dropping my bike for service a week back. Costed me over all of 13,000 but not even a single penny I spent is worth of it by the kind of service i got for my bike from this service centre.
Pathetic customer service ever one has got.
To fir my fog lamp i went inside thrice and asked them to fit it.
I m not feeling at all my bike how it was before.
When I called the service personnel, he politely asked me to visit tomorrow as it is a minute work.
Worst service ever. Then what is the use of final inspection.
Vignesh( service consultant) and Roopa was beyond helpful in returning a faulty bike.He also helped me by getting it fixed.
He went above and beyond, explaining processes and remaining patient despite my limited knowledge of bikes.
In the future I will not use any other bike repair service.
I would not recommend anyone to get their bike serviced here. I heard one in BTM layout is better. It's worth taking bike a few more KMs for service.
I got my bike serviced in different state and I was a happy customer until I landed here.
All they care about is changing standard items, which would make bill come up to somewhat 3.5k but they want address the issues pointed out.
1. I asked left mirror cabinet to be changed while creating job card. I confirmed last week and day before yesterday, the spare part was available. But they delivered bike without changing it. On asking, they say it is out of stock. On enquiring with inventory guy,the part was available. Had to get it replaced in front of me.
2. Asked fuel pipe to be changed. It had a cut and fuel leaks. They didn't change it and didn't inform anything at time of delivery. Had to ask them about it. Simple answer - not available.
Checked with inventory guy, normal pipe and a black pipe with fuel cabinat was available. So instead of solving the bigger issue, they dediced to ignore it saying, "Part not available"
3. Pointed them minor issues, which didn't get fixed. Again had to point it out at time of delivery and get it fixed.
4. Front small lights were working fine. But instead they changed it on their own. Answer - they are cheap and we can't gurantee how long they would run, so we changed. Worst thing is, after changing completely funtional light, it got dim. Had to again get it fixed at time of delivery.
5. Was promised delivery next day. But didn't receive any call about service. Finally end of day, I was being asked to share feedback about service. Till that time, I didn't even know if the bike got serviced or not.
They said, we will call you at time of service to confirm on changing items. No calls.
Fyi, worst service center I came across.
I was talking to few folks there, they all had same opinion.
