Royal Enfield Service Center - Abhyuday Motors Service Pvt Ltd

I am very disappointed with the service. They said they have to change oil and they just did top-up. They have been changing oil, since two services which wasn't a necessity. The staff said it was really necessary. The bike was not washed well, it still was dirty. They had not even lubricate the chain with oil. Completely disappointed with the service

I was a little bit dissatisfied till now about the repeated follow-ups I had to do for a part replacement. They made it up to that and MORE with the way they addressed my current issue and resolved the problem to my full satisfaction. Kudos to the Technical team at service. They have earned a full 5 star from me. Knowledgeable technical team definitely makes a great difference in customer experience!

They said that they will not fit items bought from other Enfield shops. What a bakwas service strategy they are following, even we are ready to pay the labour charges but they wont agreed.
If they do like this Surely People will recommend Java or Yezdi in future

Worst experience. They do not respond quickly/properly. Quality of service below par. Not recommended. You have to reach the Manager to get done your work.

Poor service is done at this service center, they can't even fix issue highlighted by customer.

I got serviced my Classic 350 here.
I complained regarding chain issue multiple times they said it's fixed, but chain started making sound before I reached home after service.

I have been customer for 2 years now, still yet to receive a proper service to my bike among 5 times I have had serviced.
