Royal Enfield Service Center - Accelerate Motors

Very nice place to give your RE for service. The manager Mr Victor was very friendly and checked my bike with every small aspects.

They have solved all my issues. Service cost is also reasonable. Good service point.

They probably have the worst staff possible. The way they address the customer queries is pathetic. Having a biggest customer base in Bangalore North, they should definitely work on their customer support skills. There is a huge difference between an authorised service centre and an ordinary mechanic shop, and we go to authorised centres for a reason. But the way these advisors and the mechanics behave is no less than a cheap local garages. I had towed my bike that met with accident all the way from Mysore to this place and I was told that the repair duration was 2 months on minimum . 2 months to repair a motorcycle? What world are you living in? And the response from the advisor was that there are bikes that are here for 3 months yet to be repaired and started explaining their internal problems with Royal Enfield. Dude, if that’s the case stop admitting the vehicles in for repair and resolve your issues. Are customers stupid leave the bike with you for 2 months?

Sorry to say this , but accelerate motors is losing all the respect and customer base for its worst management and careless staff.

Suggestion to others - look for other service centres

Service failure being addressed by calling the customer and arguing over phone from this concerned service center.

Parts replaced has to explained to the customer and the old parts need to be shown to the customer.

This practice is not in place here.

The SOP's has to be revisited.

This after the problem is explained by email, where the entire issue is mentioned.

Customer cannot be treated so callously.

Customers need to be careful and keep a check while replacing parts.

I was on my way to banglore when I experienced issues with my gear. Fortunately, the nearest service centre was Accelerate, and despite the fact that it was Sunday, they assisted me very patiently without charging me anything. Thanks for helping out Ajay(staff)
