Small showroom of hero electric bikes with minimum models available for test drive.but people are quite helpful and energetic. They explain everything in detail and help you to choose from wide range of ebikes by sharing all the pros and cons of the electric bikes . The owner is also cooperative.I bought one hero electric optima bike from them. though I didn't get any discount as such but overall I am satisfied both with the bike and the shop owners.

Bookings electric vehicles atleast 30 days ego. It's to bad for ev scooter.

Dealer is asking too much High price and he so rude ... change your way of talking .

The work hard but lack in experience ... As well as average behaviour ... Not too good not to harsh ...

i visited recently... The owner is not co.-operative enough. and also very impatient. When prices of the bikes are asked more than once, he says, i cannot repeat.
do proper research beforehand and then buy because u won't be allowed to asked more about the price in details there
and also no stocks available there for test drive.

i hope some other electric bike showroom launches in Durgapur.

Spoke to a greedy salesman Haru Gopal Das & Raju over call. Charging much higher price than what's mentioned in the website. Also asking for 5000/- rupees booking charges on their own reason: model is out of stock. I have mailed the customer support. Also I have twitted this issue to the official Twitter handle @Hero_Electric

These dealer is taking high price then other dealers( bardhaman). Optima dual battery at durgapur, they are saying initially customer has to pay around 110000 and customer will get subsidy on later, but i ask to bardhaman dealer they are saying just pay 76500( on road price) and take Home the scooty to your home. At durgapur , they are also saying that customer will get scooty after booking of one month and booking amount is around 20000 to 30000 where, at bardhaman they are saying within 2- 3 days they will provide.

It is all right,but I am in doubt that post sale servicing of the purchased vehicle may be possible or not at nearby sub dealer/selling outlet.Initially they(sub dealer) will agree for the servicing verbally,but when there is situation,they may deny the same,because they have not gained by this transaction (purchasing vehicle from dealer).Otherwise purchasing can be suggested from this dealer (price is also lowest comparing with other non dealer outlets).
