Bad experience with GS Hero. I am not satisfy with products and services as per live experience. Staff has not taken action initiative as per my requirement. I can say staff is lazy to resolve issues in products.
I had purchaged a new bike splender on 19 sep 21 and I found a big issue within 7 days then went to agency to do the complaint and submit bike for whole day and tell that come at 4PM. After 4PM I reached again service center and he said that this part is damage so we need to change it. After change that part he release my bike after 5 PM and after that also again hearing the voice from handle side.

GS Hero takes 2 months to provide RC document as he told to me. It's a long time.
