Jai Automobiles - Hero MotoCorp

Service facility is quite good...but here only cash mode available for payment towards servicing. I got very disturb when my bike service cost is increased from my expected cash available with me. I offer to change increased amount from my debit card but cashier of Jai Auto refused it and says only cash mode accepted here ..he ordered me go to ATM and withdraw cash... I tried id many ATM nearby Jai Auto but found all ATM out of cash or shut down. I really got very tired and thinking that the Jai Auto is the biggest sales and service for Hero Bike but there is big problem for payment mode. I told the staff boys please accept payment by any mode ... I can pay you by Paytm, PayPal, BhimUPI, via card, via enstant transfer, IMPS etc but he refused to accept it. Really I had done a big mistake to come in Jai Auto service AKBARPUR. Finally a supervisor of sales department concern my problem and swap my debit card in sales department...and again I found in service department that he was charged me 1.5% commission on payment through debit card. ,, This is the New Degital India.... Where many oraganization offers discount on electronic mode payment but Jai Auto Service charge commission on electronic payment mode...

Hii am ramakant soni I am from ambedkar nager leves in akbarpur city and today I will be go had a automobile Dealer compny I can choose one scotti too whiler baik and my this root go Abey red's a scotti it's amazing and very good performance and mailej every one by one kg matter very good dropped petroliyam fhuoil and at least season edit I think hero automobile all baik quality and colour that's design very good choice choose. Thanks

Very good atmosphere of Hero motocorp but some staff are not good as security guard... 😔😔So i give**

Very Good showroom with very good working staff and equipped with latest service machine and well trained mechanical staff.

Worst experience ever.
Dont go if you are working professional bcoz you have to visit at least 3 to 4 times even for single small issues.
Check your accessories every time you leave the show room otherwise you will be blamed.
2 month passed but nobody knows the new RC status despite agency itself confirms the availability of the same.

Quality customer relation... quick and proper response to cutomers..All facilities are available..serivce of bikes are of very high standard...all safety norms has been followed.Must visit this place.
