Incompetent staff. All they know is how to change engine oil, replace air filter, and convince customers to use their free service. Got my bike serviced from these guys, and now I don't enjoy my rides for a second. Ruined its performance. Told them there is something wrong with the engine and they were keen on telling that it's just tappet, so that they don't have to work hard. What's more, I can't even use my fuel in reserved section. Don't know what they did. But hey, if you want to replace parts they are always there for you. Charging you 300+ for a chain set. Better for a local mechanic if you have availed your free service or the bike isn't under warranty.

seriously guys, this is the worst Bajaj center you can buy you bike from. at the time of sales, they are all nice and good. but the moment you complete a purchase, they will skim you out, like a leper. service is the worst of all. staff will tell you to utilize your free service even when you are little problems in your bike. they want you to avail your free services as soon as possible so they can start charging your for paid services. and paid services are so expensive here. instead of repair a part, they consider replacing it the best way. They save time and work plus get money by selling you part. The staff is also inexperienced and unskilled. I recommend you buy your bike from somewhere else for the best services and price. this isn't worth it.

Got my bike serviced from here, and they have done more harm than good. First, they didn't resolve the noise problem at all. Second, I don't know what they did to the fuel key. I can't use my reserve oil. It was working all fine and the moment I got my bike from teh centre, it wasn't working. Maybe they replaced it witha. Faulty one. Incompetent staff. Knows nothing about bike repair. They only know about part replacements. Better buy a bike from Dehradun Bajaj store than this.
