Very bad and slow customer service. Staff really does not know what work they have to do. They are clueless and confused

In showroom, representative keeps transferring to another representative and every representative shows he is too much busy with his phone duties.

A good company which providing a good services.But
Office staff are too lazy.Mostly girls using mobile phone everytimes.
Girls not answering without using mobile phone 😑

It is good experience with Vihan Motors, Jansath Road, Muzaffarnagar. Best in Muzaffarnagar. There service after is good, that is what a customer requires.

A Good product range in delaership with very supportive staff and have good knowledge about the product and features over other competitors.

In workshop booking process in magnificent and model wise tarined manpower is available.

Amazing experience.

Behaviour and Services provided by staff is very very good and friendly nature in comparison to Honda 🙂
