Big tvs showroom in Agra. Good and fast service center and good behavior staff. I recently buy a new scooter from here.

I'm very disappointed with manager pachauri and cashier jain dont know how to deal with customers management is too slow. Jain tried to bullying I ignored but I think I can share my experience as a feedback

I got a Jupiter bike... Initially manager was quite well behaved to talk with and then they said your helmet is due you can after somedays..later when I approached they again told me it is still not available but the third time they refused saying helmet is already delivered and you don't have due written anywhere ...Now this is kind of scam..and eventually they don't actually give helmet..now i am not someone who would lose his peace over a product of 500 but sharing exp to make others aware..be careful..don't trust their words ask them to give everything in written ...

Worst services, the machanics are look like uneducated and they can't find the problem in the vehicle.
Don't waste your money and time to visit this service centre.

They attend customers with utmost zeal and convincing power.Nice hospitality. Both the manager and the staff are very sincere.....

It's a popular motors shop for both bike and car. All things are well maintained and staff is good in behavior and polite in talking and helpful too.
