Recently i purchased a bike from here but i didn't give proper resolution from employes but over all the best showroom

Very Nice Showroom of Hero Moto Corp. You will get all bikes and Scooty of Hero here. The probably have all colour variants of all bikes n scooters available with them usually, staffs are also good and well behaving. This place also contains service center of Hero bikes n scooters. All kind of genuine hero parts n accessories are also available here.

DDS Motors also takes money for installing the number plate of a new vehicle, if the money is not there, then they talk to the customer in a rude manner.

Worst motor vehicle showroom that I've ever visited in my entire life. The staffs never talk to you properly, to solve your query, you have to ask thousand time.

I visited the showroom (19.06.22) to buy a vehicle for my colleague, they didn't even ask me to sit, or have a glass of water, kept me waiting for 45 mins, standing. Then when finally I got to talk with one of their staff Mr. Soumya, he treated us very rudely. Whereas we were the one who were annoyed with their service.

Finally we made the payment (full amount in cash), even then there was nobody, to tell now what was the next step, where to proceed, what are the formalities, nothing. We had to ask every time, what to do next. Then they told to visit after 3days for processing the RTO things and setting up the bike.

After 3 days (22.06.22), we visited to get the bike. We were kept waiting for 2 hours, because they were not having any helmet (which comes as free with the bike). Then we got the bike.

The story doesn't end here. My residence is 2.7 km away from the showroom. While driving back to home for the first time, the bike stopped 6 times on the way. The accelerator was very loose, leg brake was so loose that, we were just about to hit a car from the back. The clutch wasn't working properly as well. And it's been 4hrs since I have recieved the bike, still not able to start it with manual kick. Pathetic condition. They didn't even touched the bike since I choose it on the showroom, they didn't do any servicing or primary fixing on the bike.

Overall a very pathetic experience, would never recommend anybody to buy any vehicle from this showroom.
