The work experience is poor

Very bad service, no spare parts available, wasting of time of people,

I purchased super splendour from here, oil leakage started after 1-2 days. It's been 4 months since and two services done but the issue is still unresolved. I also went a couple of times more for the same issue nothing happen. On the phone supervisor says that it's fate that I got a bike with oil leakage. Really funny people and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!??

Staff is very cooperative and has a great range of the products.

Mostly all variant of Hero Motocorp Bikes and Scooters available .

On road Hero Motocorp showroom, having Sales and service facility as well.
U will get nearly all models here, staff behavior is good, some of them are friendly in nature.
Overall a good experience of buying, let see about their further service. 👍
One thing, they will not serve water/tea or anything to you, take your bottle with you 😀😀

They don't know how to deal with customer.
They are greedy
They make face on service time.
