TVS - Rangaraya Motors

Looks clean, but they need to improve interaction with customers ..

Went to purchase scooter. Team showed up well and explained all you need and help you. Showroom is clean and you can see lot of models. But need to improve little.

Absolutely worst serive centre i have ever seen in my entire experience
these are the points
1. No proper response from the staff
2. No proper welcome for the customers
3.too much cost even for the general service
4. too much labor charges on service don't know on what basis they are charging, if you ever went for the service the engine oil cost is only around 300/-. assume if you done the repair works and the total amount is around 600/- ir something labor charges will be as equal to as bill amount which means 600+500/- total 1100/- like this
5. No feedback call, tthis service centre is blocking customer feed back calls from the TVS , if we get the calls no wonder the service centre will be closed by now.
6. they will theft your petrol if you forgot to mention in the jobcard
7. When it comes to the general service or repair works , after completetion of works the you will feel no difference it will be as like as before only
8. No capable mechanics or supervisors in the centre
9. After completion of your service if you ask for the invoice they will simply say sorry the madam is on leave , so basically you don't get the invoice right away you will have to wait for atleast one month i must say.
10.it will take so long to repair an accident vehicle assume 1 month or 2 months nearly
11.No proper explanation for the repair works what they have done .
they need to explain to the customer what repairs they have done but i haven't seen any.
12. last but not least the out side mechanic shops are ever better than this f**king service centre.

i suugest all of you to it's better to go for the private mechanics shop or the person you know it save your time , money and will save your bike too...

Worst service.. They will loot your money. Very lazy mechanics. And mechanics are not trained well

The people working there are sloths. The service is slow, but the youngsters there work hard for a living. There is bald-headed who works in the workshop, he abuses the remaining people working there.
I'm disappointed that no-one resists this. The youngsters are obliged as he is a senior employee.

I'm going tvs showroom for my free service
Ingion oil cost 1 liter 330 but they are charged 430. where is free service staff charged extra bill and mecanicis charged exta bill and water service man charged extra bill, and number plate madam charged extaa bill. How can paid this extaa bill for an ordinary man. This reason some peoples are not going tvs sevice center and they are going outside service center. And mecaniics are not talented in work I'm see the mecanics are very small aged persons, total staff is worst because they are charged extra bill

An awesome showroom it had change totally and mechanics good at there work and dealer is good
