Worst Showroom... Worst Service Center .... I did my bike service here Suzuki gixxer sf... It's completely worst mechanics and experience... They cheated.. bill is 2300/-... They didn't provide me even bill.. they said computer not working we will send bill invoice by mail.. but no mail.. I asked them after few days they told me u have to take bill that day.. currently we can't provide.. their service also very poor...

Only one showroom... Buy worst Showroom in khammam.. I never buy Suzuki bike .. becoz khammam showroom is worst ..

worst mechanics.no proper cleaning. after servicing my access 125 got many problem. 0 rating.
they don't do what we gave vehicle problems. lastly money waste time waste also your health.

Worst showroom.... no service provider...this showroom even didn't have break cable...I ordered months ago still I didn't get it.... Services are heavy costly😡😡😡😡😡

No proper staff.managment..
No availability of spare parts.. accessories..
No proper mechanic and not even proper equipment and place for mechanic to work..
They r careless bcz it's only one showroom in khammam..and there r no other showrooms in nearby places like suryapet..kodad etc..so they take it as advantage..
It's ok taking advantage bt they should have proper service and proper mechanic..
Hardly they can change only oil apart from this nth can be done..better to go to other showrooms and get u r bike serviced.

Because I gave my bike for service
Just they did waste wash (not good) and engine oil change (I bought oil from other shop)For this two things they charged 590 rupees which is not worthy.
I have seen in service center some of unauthorized guys are working which is not good to suggest.
Even I heard one of the person who came for service. He sad on my face it self don't come to Rayapudi suzuki service center. He told me one thing that he tried to change one part of his bike but the service center took one and half year to change, that too it happen by giving warning to the service agents.
Today I to faced the same, I asked them to change one part and they sad not available go Hyderabad and change. What is this.
Finally I prefer don't go for service in Rayapudi service center.
I gave 2stars because of the way service person communicate .

Worst mechanics and completely negligence. Unable to do work . They simply do time pass without working. They simply pretend but they won't work seriously. Completely worst servicing. My suggestion to every suzuki customer not to bring ur vehicle's to this showroom. .
Don't bike Gixxer bikes. Just in 3 years max every Gixxer bike is having engine problem and bire repair. Waste to buy it. Instead of buying suzuki Gixxer but any other bike . I'm facing same problem with Gixxer now. Very negligent staff. Disgusting 😡🤬

Please dont bay any Suzuki bike ... service is very poor & staff reckless, management have no grip on workers , spearparts are not available ..no one customer should not wory like me... Please dont buy any Suzuki bike ...

Gave my vehicle for repair in their Manuguru branch, I am not sure if it's authorised by Suzuki or Rayapudi but extremely worst service is what they've provided. They've taken money but didn't repair anything in my Access 125. Just applied some grease and gave the bike as it is without solving any problems. I suggest don't buy a Suzuki vehicle at all, buy Honda as I have seen they've a good and big workshop in Manuguru and honda service is thousand times better than what Suzuki is providing at remote areas.
