Good behaviour of staff. They need to improve informing customers for next service dates by call/sms n for documents collection.

This is 2nd honda two wheelers showroom in chittorgarh, another is CK honda. I bought honda activa 5g from this showroom. All models of bikes and scooters are available every time based on my understandings and experience. sales team is very helpful all staff is always ready to cooperate you, a one thing which I suggest to dassani honda team is.. the paper work formalities are not as good as should be, I hand to take 3 visists to collect my all papers, they really need to work upon it. Else ok. Service center team is also good

All the mechanics are untrained and can't find out the defects , problems in the vehicle, they just keep trying trial and error method on your vehicle by suggesting expensive parts replacement one after the error. Customer ends up wasting the hard earned money while the problem in vehicle remains thr same.

Poorly maintained customer waiting area, tv not working , no news paper, no drinking water

You need to wait whole day for service. Staff is too lazy and overconfident.

Doesn't deserve any star.

Honda livo chain sprocket in ₹400. Hahaha

Very bad and poor services, zero working efficiency, commitment and discussion power zero and staff behaviour very poor in regarding services.
So my suggestion improve this all kind thinks so your market value will improve and also improve customer satisfaction.
