TVS - M/S Subash Motors

There is no rule regulation means anyone which is known to him first service and other work . 2 times I returned from service centre as first time no one find the problem of speedometer and 2nd times also i wait for 2 hour but due to unavailability of senior technician I returned. Very worst service centre. It takes enough time .

Very nice built sales area and quite experineced and supportive service. My vehicle was out of order mid way and they sent some guy who helped me on the spot. Quite amazed and happy. Thanks Subas Tvs

Nice big showroom for TVS 2 wheeler automobiles. I think this is the only TVS showroom in Jajpur district. Situated at a prime location - road side while entering Jajpur Road. There’s ample space in the front.

The showroom is well maintained. It’s very clean and attractive. There’s a podium for taking photographs of new customers with their bikes/ scooters.

The staff is well behaved and aware of the updates. However, TVS Ronin, the model which I went to inquire and take a test drive is yet to be displayed here. Although, they can deliver upon booking, they said.

Worst customer service, the behaviour of servicing staff are very bad.Also there is no backup facilities of electricity so delaying during servicing.

Very bad experience. They don't care for customer, only eyed for selling their product. Service is very very poor. Worst experience. Firstly they made insurance with wrong data then changed. I got my number plate after 16day against their commitment of 3-7 days. They didn't fix number plate, saying mounting rack out of stock.

I am very much disappointed😞😞😞😞
