Please give the 0 star option for this hero (villain) electric showroom, one of the worst experience in my life we bought 2 vehicles for our business purpose (hero nyx ) and that was my biggest mistake by choosing hero electric or this showroom i am afraid of hero vehicles now. From the day we bought vehicles are giving problem every month,

1) Battery life is worst and they didn't gave the option of charging by removing the battery you have to charge the battery when it is inside the vehicle.

2) Battery looks like they gave us the duplicate there is nothing written on battery just plain black

3) And the sensors are worst they have to be replaced every three months once and costing about 3000 to 4000.

4) Regular service they said it will be about 250/- per service when buying and it never came below 900/-.

5) Commitments from the showroom was never kept on time once we gave the vehicle for service it will take minimum one week. We have to make alternative arrangements for the week or month.

Absolutely horrible service. I went to pick my scooty from service today and noticed a huge scratch marks on the from mudguard and below the number plate. The person at the desk kept saying we're not sure about it. It might've been there before itself.
Even though the mechanic who worked on my scooty clearly stated that there was no such scratch while he was working on my vehicle.
Then the desk guy tried applying marker on the scatch and made it even worse instead of doing something about it.
Very unprofessional behavior and bad service.
