TVS - R.Jivrajani Motors

TVS company showroom which also provides service support to TVS 2 wheelers. They are not very competent nor serious about servicing vehicles. They also don't have all spares. They fail to order and replace spares even after the vehicle has been at their showroom for two weeks. It is better to order spares online or your local auto stores and get the job done using a local mechanic.

I had given my Scooty Pep for Insurance Damage. But these people are cheating and saying 'parts are not available' since 2 months. Worst Service. It is better to repair your vehicle at local garage. Dont waste time for servicing at this showroom. I have very bad experience.

I took my scooty to service centre on 09 Apr 22 and faced various issues mentioned below:
1) Many mechanic didnt do anything as per schedule servicing. Just wash and polish. My scooty was left dirty during servicing. When I told to mechanic then he cleaned the dirt. It means you can't left your vehicle there unattended for servicing on account of faith.
2) They didn't delivered within time of 1 to 1 and half hrs. Took 2 hrs extra in delivery.
3) Their supervisor probably naming Dinesh bhai is very rude and charged extra against labour servicing. (355 servicing+70 labour charge). When I asked why you charged against labour and what comes under servicing he was not able to clarify.
He also told "Jo bhi rating deni hai de Dena. Mujhe aise ek do kharab rating se kuch fark nhi padta. Mujhe pata hai extra charge k liye rating kharab kar rahe ho, kar do."
This is my last visit and I wouldn't recommend any one to go there for servicing.

They are improving their services continue and provide best service but sometimes they don't.

No spare part available.
Worst TVS dealership ever seen .
Took 3-4 months for a spare part.
Pathetic experience.
Go to a local mechanic he can provide spare parts but this service centre can’t.
U will have to leave your bike there for 2-3 days for servicing.
Please go for another brands bike because tvs spare and service here at Jamnagar is not good at all.

Very poor response, employee not interested in customer.

I have visited once here for servicing my brand new TVS Ntorq 125 after not getting satisfactory service from another franchise holder. But the knowledge leval and inspection quality of the work shop manager was so poor that I Am still in shock how one can be so irresponsible and rudely behave with customer. They are interested in selling only and has zero interest in after sales service.

Very neat and clean and well maintained place.
