If you like problem in your life buy bikes from vimco automobiles bharuch worst service I ever experienced. I buy most expensive bike of hero xpluse 200 4v from them. And pay full amount by NEFT and they don't have courtesy to call me back to tell me that have received money I call them 5 time and they didn't receive call and they call me back after 2 hour and his manager told he was busy in meeting. I guess then such people should be not in to service industry.And most fun part come now at time of buying bike we clear tell them we want passing of different state as we are leaving there they told it's so easy we will help you and after getting delivery of bike. Manager is telling me sry but I also don't no process of intere state transfer. As such case come once in year seriously he is telling me that rather then telling me let me check how can I help you. So I took all the problem and pain my time to register in my bike in my state such bad service. And then I provide email id to them so they can send detail of my bike to my state rto and mam working there even can't copy or write email address properly she was telling me that I have give her wrong email id after telling her to send me email what you have send I got to know she put spelling mistake after providing proper email id to them .my bike was not also properly clear or wash at time of taking delivery wast wast services stick action or education of service industry should be provided by owner of showroom other wise it will be close soon...

Poor service...specially workshop manager behavier is pathetic..i call to workshop manager mukes patel for pickup my maestro as breakdown.he told ll pick up at 1pm,then i call again he said ll pickup at 2pm then 3pm then 4 pm,and still not pickup,so i call again and he told that we ll pickup at our time,it is not fixed.very pathetic behave like he is the owner of d showroom

Very bad service. Service staff & mechanic talk customer with bad languge & service work not complete by them. I am ready to pay bill for all service work but they do half work & damage other fider parts lock when i complain for this they call me next day and my vehicle not receive for 2 hr after this they waiting me for 5 hr for my vehicle work is only 1 hr. They west my 4hr because i complain about service. Damage fiber parts by mechanic not replaced by them.

One of the Worst Service Center and Pathetic Staff Behaviour useless.

The staff is very good . Gave the test ride immediately for any vehicle we ask for.
