Showroom size is good but service is very poor. Have to follow up for everything. Not satisfied with the service provided.

This place is amazing in Lakhisarai district well maintained and high profile showroom my experience is very good

Total waste of time
Still waiting for number plate punching since 2 hours.......

Kindly take service of all employees before joining, all most all the employee behave roughly that's why I given to this showroom -1 start but actually it's no available so I given to 1 star

I have given to this hero showroom negative rating bt it's not available to mark negative rating, the behaviour of this is very poor & roughly

One of genuine showroom with different models of hero available at its stocks. Staffs are good

they only want to sell vehicle not for service ,be aware before you purchase hero , extremely worst servicing you have to wait for 1 day or more .

Bike servicing are being done very slow here. Sometimes they take 6-7 hours to finish the servicing. Looks like they don't have enough workers. Also they prefer to serve paid servicing more and free servicing are of no value to them. But showroom is nice and spacious.
