Very bad behaviour of sarvice staff.

All mechanic are small chid minimum 12to16 years.

It's quite good in service, they tell u exactly what works . They have fast hands, though they have the worst finance services in the show room . Finance executives are very arrogant they don't even know how to deal with the customers. They behave illiterate, they don't tell u the real interest rate of finances and so on

Good bike showroom, almost all TVS bike are available,
Good location, no parking issue, nice and calm arae, near by petrol station thats also add value,
Good service center which is in basement,
Good customer service if u have any accidents issue, they will help to repair bike under coverage,
This show room in mairwa road, good and easy excess for the people living west side of siwan town, before all bike showroom was in babunia road, it was difficult to go there due to heavy traffic😀,,

Area improvement:- need to improve communication way with customer,
If you are explaining or dealing with someone,
do not jump over and start dealing with multiple customer, or at least inform current customer before jumping,

I faced worst experience today
I went to service e center to fixed my bike apache 180
They didn't solve any problems and they also add so many problems

In this service center all the staff Haven't any skills specially golu
Aashish and many more please don't go in this service center

And please hire experience employees

I went to there I had a very bad experience they don't know to talk with customers specially Mr Ashish .
He was so rude and he dont have atticatea please it's humble request if you are hiring some one please give them trainning how to talk with customers
Some of the parts was missing and I complained about the same he was shouting on me please don't go there

Disappointed with servicing department..... They didn't even bother to check entirely issue even mentioned at the time of registration..... They only do refilling of lubricant along with some external cleaning.

Excellent sales service....got bike tour and handover very smoothly. But the problem is with the servicing, they did not do it properly and will give excuses.
