Must visit this showroom if you are interested in mahindra because the staffs behaviour is very polite and they are very helpful to customers and the managers are very cooperative.

Poor service by some people... Specially sales manager sajjan sinha... He dnt know how to talk to customer... First he make fake promise and at time of delivery he get diverted from his words. he shows that he is making favour on you by purchasing any car. He forcefully sell his own insurance for commission. and say " Yahan se gaadi nikalne nh dunga. Lena padega yahin se insurance" . His junior named mahesh gupta promised of giving cooperate discount and now they refusing it. Forget that u need a petrol car, they plan so well that they will convert you in diesel.I went to showroom at 10:15 and they delivered my car at 6:30.Some responsible staff laugh at your situation. They will never call you for follow up... You need to call all the time for follow... And they neglect your query by saying 5 min mei call krke btate hai... But they never call u back.

Very bad personal experience no work ethics no customer support.A friendly piece of advice fire your non performing staff. You can sell cars but you have to win customers and you can't do that by having ill mannered and irresponsible staffs Truly harrowing experience and see the guts of these guys ihave send my new car back to the showroom and it's 4 days now still i do not have any resolution to the matter.There is no hierarchy of decison making everyone is a owner in this showroom.This showroom is manned by an inexperienced group of people who don't know ABC of customer interaction enter at your own risk the can show you apples and sell you oranges very well.Atleat Mahindra should protect its name from these unscrupulous unethical staffs would brazely surpass any rule and claim impunity really very terrifying. No accountibility no responsibility just frivolous interaction. I don't think this showroom deserves such underrated and I'll mannered staffs. The management must be sleeping I suppose.
14 days have passed still no resolution of the problem. Truly disgusting and horrifying experience here . Request all not to fall trap to this showroom.
