Very very bad experience at .they don't know how to behave with customer.they don't even have manners that how to talk to a customer. They behave very rudely and badly.they make excuses everytime.and I've got very bad service experience too. .they don't even wash vehicle properly when given to service.and they have excuses everytime you ask for testdrive. They don't even give testdrive.

My bike is not wash thet day

In my bikes break not working property
So I have visit today 16-7-2022
Thay said the break liners are worn out

They didn't check on when bike got serviced.

And also do not wash my bike.

Today morning visited show room around 11.15 am for a glance at Bikes range.
Staff was in relax mood. proper guidance and explanation about range of biks is always expected by Customers.
But not found energetic marketing person.
Otherwise showroom is very nice neat and clean.
A good range of bikes and moped display.

Yamaha agency show room and near by RTO office and national highway no. 8..

Very poor service does not take their customer issue seriously and when we call them they just put the received call aside very poor service 🙁

Good service done by them, all the problems are solved, and also provide pick and drop facility for bike.

Nice service station, Sale and service both are available.

My vehicle seledo was serviced at this centre. It was an accident vehicle and there was a lot of trouble, the guys working here especially supervisor rakesh and his team are true professional and they made the vehicle like a new . I feel immense satisfaction while driving and doesn't feel like an accident vehicle. Thank you for the excellent service
