A traditional Sunnath Jamath mosque. One of the oldest Mahallas in madurai. MOULID of Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam is held every year for 12 days in the masjid during the Islamic month of RABIUL AWWAL with greater fervor on the occasion of Moulid un Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam (Eid MEELAD UN NABI). The old structure is demolished and the entire structure is being constructed newly. The construction work is likely to get over by June 2021.
