Manka Tekri Dargah

Manka Tekri Ddargaah is a peaceful place. It's on the way between Bajrang ghat and Forest rangers college. Peoples come here to fullfill their wishes by taking vow. Good place to visit at least once. For morning walk peoples come across it from whole city.

I visited Manka Tekri about 20 years back.. I was very young.
I met one Baba there. He told us one story that - there was one saint at this place who had a big bowl of precious stones. One day he thrown all these stones with anger (I don’t remember the reason him being angry and throwing stones). And those stones scattered all over on this small hill. This Baba (who told me this story) could found few stones time to time.. even I started searching some stones and did not find anything. he said - “Jab upar se hukum hota hai tabhi paththar chamakta hai.. “.
Now I stay in Pune and we moved from Balaghat. Don’t know why, today I searched this place.. but one thing is sure that time flys and I am missing that peace and Balaghat.. 🙏🏻
