A spiritually elevated experience to offer namaz there. Very knowledgeable Imam and good disciplined people. It is centre of religious and cultural life of Shia Muslims who are basically peace loving people and always uphold truth, justice, brotherhood and global peace.

Nice and big Shia Ithna Ashari Mosque(Masjid) in Mysore located within the old city area. A big pond(Hauz) for performing ablution etc. Renovation of first floor is underway. Many other facilities including Ashurkhana is a part of this great Shia Ithna Ashari Masjid.

It was a good place.
Remember the visiters and tourist if you want to perform namaz then visit at the namaz hours becoz it remain open only at nemaz hours. People are very nice and helpful.
