No words for the evening scenic beauty of this place.
"Firstly be aware of pocket pickers...."
You've to submit your footwear to one concerned person who charges Rs.10 for each pair or you can carry it in your hands. "Don't wear them inside." The floor is very hot when you go in summers.
The water of this place is like others. If you're habitual of Mineral Water then you can buy it from just outside the main gate.
The ticket of the tower is Rs.50 per person. The whole tower comprises of 130 stairs. Plus you've to climb some extra stairs to reach the entry of tower. There is suffocation inside the tower because the walls are thick, the space is less and people are also present. But once you reach the view from the top melts the heart.

This is probably one of the most beautiful mosques across the globe and you can smell history from every corner.
The Hauz, the minarets, the steps everything is extraordinary..
But within this amazing structure built by Shahjehan lies a very spiritual and serene mosque .. just sit here and connect with The God.. Its a life changing experience

The Mosque is really beautiful. It was built during Mughal regime. So you can be introduced with the architecture of that time. I have visited there twice quite a long ago. A lots of people everyday go there to pray and to visit this beautiful mosque. You can also taste the foods and desserts from the restaurants opposite to the mosque which are famous for their tastes.

The mosque itself is beautiful, one of the highlights of Old Delhi. Good place to learn about religion, history, culture. But personally i don’t like to visit this place again. There is no shoes shelf, someone will charge money when you take them (reason is he looks after the shoes), other staff come show us where to take photos even though we don’t need and then ask for money. We feel annoyed when come here.

Best to visit during evenings that too in winter. A real religious place with utmost divinity but everyone irrespective of religion can come and visit the place. Usually crowded for prayers and the streets are tightly packed with various stalls including wide variety of foods.
