Jamia Millia Islamia university, New-Delhi (110025) a central university provides education from baby toddlers to PHD Scholars. Being a muslim minority institution, JMI offers a space for religious practice as well thus this Masjid Shareef is such of a kind. A white Marble Colored masjid is behind Zakir Hussain Museum and between the school campus and university campus having capacity of about 5000 people, may offer prayers at a time( parks included).. Parks of styled designs with well maintenance by horticulture deptt. adds to its beautification. Juma sermon and other time prayers is headed by jama masjid Mirwaiz (institutional elected representative). One to seek eternal and practical peace must visit this place...

By the grace of Allah its a very nice place...amenities like cool and hot water, toilets and bathrooms are available...I stayed here for a while I took my little brother for Jamia entrance..mobile charging points are also there...if you are tired from journey you can rest here for a while offer namaz and read Holy Quran if you like.

Very calm and quiet place.. Masjid is very beautiful..

Jama Masjid(Grand Mosque) of univercity Jamia Miliia Islamia. Most calm and soothing place. In my 90s hostel days I use to go to this mosque on daily basis. And I still am very attached to this worship place, visits there when I get the time.
Very beautiful architecture, neat and clean with huge capacity for namazies.
Any body is welcomed here, no boundation of whatsoever.

One the good place i always going here after I'm coming back to unviresty please visit in this mosque you got peace ☮️

This mosque is beautiful. And very relaxing as well, it is surrounded by garden from every side, and this is central mosque of Jamia Millia Islamia a Central University in Delhi...
It has hot water facility here in the mosque in winter for purification and cool and filtered water as well in summer for drinking. Toilets and washrooms are also clean and some are unde construction.

A spacious and well constructed mosque that has also become a favourite spot for many students to offer Jumá prayer. This mosque is no less than some Mughal monument. Beautiful in it's entirety , this is one place you can retire to for peace and tranquility. This Mosque is situated adjacent to New Library at West, backyard of Dr. Zakir Hussain mausoleum at North and Jamia School campus at east. Mosque is housed in a campus which has its own boundary perimeter with garden on all 4 sides. The main Mosque campus has entries from 3 sides except West. Mosque has an inner Sehan which houses approximately 8 rows consisting of 100 individuals in a row. The exterior part has an open air hall which can house 20+ rows of 80 rows each with covered alley on both sides of 10 individual capacity each row. Further, during Juma Salat there is arrangement of prayers in gardens on all 3 sides...This place Is Serene, peaceful, beautiful, Spacious you will feel the warmth and spiritual peace here...!!
