Mi Service Center, Lalbagar, Bankura , West Bengal (Infotel)

Employers Behaviour is not so good. I have a very bad experience. Unwanted price for everything..

Most faltu service centre I have ever seen!
After 1:30 hours they said that the battery of my phone Redmi Note 7 pro has to change and they generate a bill of amount around 3700. I took my phone without changing it and gave them the service charge of Rs 118.
Then I went to one of my known local repairing shop. They said that battery is well, IC don't working. They repair my phone for Rs 500.

The worst place ever. They can't fix your problem but they can only waste your time and money. There is no part available of any model. Shame on this service centre and the service men.

The most worst experience I have ever had in a service centre.
Very poor communication and not a good fit for the process, they are very rude and don't behave properly with there customers.
They do not bother about customer experience.
I would not recommend anyone to visit these service center, you better visit Durgapur or Asansole once

this is one of the reviews here available and this is 110% correct...same thing happened few weeks ago with my mother's note 7 pro....the local store just repaired it for 500 saying the same
