A very unprofessional company
With no response to customers complain.I had registered a complaint for my Q led,one month back.After one month they responded and ordered a wrong part of my TV.A very unprofessional behavior.

The service centre is amazing. The front desk guy is very helpful and truthful.

I never expected true service for Samsung A51 costly screen damage but they did great job for me to replace it and extended their working hour to delever the product to me .

A good company and their attitude towards employee made it more exceptional

Its very good service for coustomer and faster and the parts are available at any time i loved it thnku samsung service center

I was having a charging problem with my samsung A22 I went there for service and I loved the service they have given to Me it's excellent for me

I don't think it's a samsung service center totally iam for disagreee with the staff because they are lied in each conversation and they do not give the importance of service

Pathetic service with sweet talking employees. Gave my phone to repair the screen for which they charged Rs.6500. In Samsung’s official website the spare part costs Rs.3801. The phone couldn’t be collected on the given date but a week later. When brought home, the phone was not willing to switch on. The service centre said it was working in the store. So again had to drop it in the service centre to which they said they had to boost the battery. Didn’t get a call for a week and when I called to inquire, they said spare part is not available and they have ordered it. They also mentioned because I took the pickup after a week, the battery got drained. Am I supposed to act dumb here? They were like it’ll take some time and I agreed to be patient. So, I called them up again yesterday and now they are like you have to come to the shop and we’ll let you know in detail. To which they said, I have to put in more money to repair the charging port. I feel like they’re just making up faults in the products to charge more. How come Samsung’s website has a different price and these people have a different one (even after being an authorised service centre)? Should’ve read the reviews earlier. This place doesn’t even deserve half a star.

I had charging problem with my samsung A20 and i went to darjeeling service center.they ( mr chettri)told me that they need to change the charging port it cost me ₹1300.00 which is really expensive. When I check only price for A20 the price is only ₹700.00 really disappointing
