I went there to replace a faulty earphone which I had purchased two months ago from flipkart. I went past the place atleast twice before I could find it.

It is right in front of Vishal Mega Mart on the opposite side of the road. If you are coming from Ranipur More side then it is just before Maharaja Bakers.

There is a very narrow enterence with stairs leading to the Service Centre located on the first floor. The first time I went there was on 28/09 but as there was no power they told me to come the next day, after calling them and provided me with me their card. They told me that as their system was not working they could not log the call. However they did check my headphone and told me that it is available with them but I need to come the next day.

The next day I went there they promptly logged a call and provided me with the replacement then and there. I would like to thank Neha from their support team for helping me with the issue.

Good service.

They are not aware of the latest price changes. Before service the price was less but after service it was told that the price have been increased

Worst experience ever..they told me that my camera glass will be changed in 4 days and now it is over a month and they were not receiving my call.

It's a service center, so according to a service center, its providing adequate space for customer sitting and waiting. Employees listens problems of customers genuinely and then provide them necessary service.

Bad experience. Unnecessary charges
