Samsung Service Center

I had an issue with the buttons of my phone being broken so I wanted to get them replaced.

I went to the service center for the same.

The technician told me it was not possible to change the buttons without replacing the screen which will cost me 12000 rupees.

This seemed excessive to me and I declined to get it repaired there. I went to a different service center and they replaced the buttons and charged me only 1000 rupees.

I hope some action is taken against this service center for making customers do replacement that they don't require.

I went to Samsung service centre Aligarh to get my Samsung note 10 plus repaired. Ms Fauzia Iqbal received my phone, I paid her 500 extra by mistake which she returned me. When I came the next day to receive my phone I met Mr Mohd Mohsin. I paid him 2k extra by mistake which he returned me... too many honest people sitting together...this is rare...
Phone Is also working perfect...

Situated just near to kishanpur chungi or chauraha. Staff is not so much technically sound,they always try to convince the customer to replace the parts with new one ,instead of servicing the damaged part.

Service is fine 🙂 may they improve their behavior in front of customer.. last time I was go there they were not done satisfied Job.....please improve samsung. . They work like government employees...

My experience was not bad but
once i have visited ghaziabad center and they took only 5mins to check my phone and tell me the problem of phone and charges ,but in this center they said to me that we will check your phone and will call you for the discussion about the phone problem and charges, after your permission we will work on it, but they called me 2hrs later that sir your phone is ready you can pick it now and my bill was around 1200rs
So my only concern is the employee should ask first and tell the charges before working on it, because sometimes the bill was bit high by the expectations and every person could not pay that much amount. So just ask before operating it.
One more thing what i dont like about the engineer that after giving phone to me, he said " apko phone aae to kehna baht achi service mili hai" , why would i say that, it should be my concern what i tell to them
So please be professional as you guys are working in branded service center.

I have arrived here at Samsung service center Kishanpur Tiraha, Aligarh at 10:25am but your employees are not present. i don't like ur facilities.

The staff are really good & they care about the customer. You can only visit here if you're facing issue in your Samsung Mobile & Accessories as other Samsung Products will not repair here.

Bad service center
My phone's folder was damaged, so I came to this service center and its customer service has said that Its "motherboard" is also damaged worth 6000😡
But when I showed it to another service center, they only changed folder worth at 3000
