Samsung Service Center

Very warest service from this service center team. They are charging more than product cost and expecting money where they have to do timely service because when I asked to give invoice. They simply escaped by saying that they did not provide invoices for spare parts.

They did not come on time for service.thay are not at all professional people to give service.

Very worst service I ever seen. I given my new S9 mobile(just 3 months) with charging issue. they took my mobile and replaced with some damaged parts. they made it as switch on and returned to me. They said its just loose connections. asked to pay some 500 rupees for service charge. I paid but not given the receipt also. More over asked to Gpay to one number. Due to some urgency I did not consider all these at that time. after 2 days my mobile completely switched off. All these information I came to know by another service center in Hyderabad. Finally I thrown the mobile into dustbin. I can suggest everyone not to visit that.

Worst experience and worst staff....properly not replying... Impolite staff

I dont know who called it as service center the staff has no proper knowledge and improper response. They dont even care about customer very very impolite staff I have ever met. Better to give ur phone outside service centers. Worst thing is that even owner also supporting the staff behavior which I found very bad.

Service little bit good, prices high than other service centre.. not provide proper bills to customer

Irrespective and irresponsible staff

Give your mobiles here at your own risk, because u can't question them after the repair. So, better give your mobiles in known shops,for servicing.
