The perfect work from them

They have a staff of 3 girl reseptions and 3-4 repairing staff

But they have to place a big board infront of the service center because of we can't say this is an mi service center they not placed a perfect board

And my suggestion is if the mi store is also attached side of this mi service center then it is very easy for mi lovers and very peaceful

But they are consuming a lot of time to get repaired, they get stoping customer for some hours

I recieved new mobile from mi service center thanks to Xiaomi India

Service is very bad and staf is soo rude

This not fair shop.. Those all are workers not sufficient have work there have no minimum knowledge about moble, repair always doing irresponsible behaver on customer and curial
Other mi service have taken minimum bil with gst in this store have much more price even all taxes ..
they are not taken customer refence they are write themselves excellent work on customer report sheet.. Every day one nonsense in the shop.. Head of worker is not good behave on customer irresponsible answer ugly language..
Small reaper of work taken 3 days for solution.. Tq

Good performance I have been seen in the mi store. The problems have been solved in a short time

Worest service. Dont buy Mi Mobiles
