The assistant manager was so polite...in taking my issue

Good response to customers... especially staff is doing good job ....

Waste they are not responding when we coming to centre also this is waste they are not giving service,, opening the centre but they r not here in centre

Great service, on time delivery but some issue's was taken part in covid crisis due to lack of staff they are back to form these days again

I have been calling them since from one week about my mobile phone Vivo v17's display,they keep on telling that we have taken your request and we have placed order for display as soon as we get we will notify you,they have called me and told me to come by after 3pm,when I visited the service center ,they said the courier was mis touted and will call you tomorrow,I won't got any call from them,when I have call them again they said will call back after ten min,guess what since from 5 days I don't got any call from them,today also I have tried to call them,their number is busy.. Such a pathetic service Vivo is giving to customers,really im very much disappointed with their service.

The Thing that I Noticed Here is If You Visit them For Replacement Or Warranty Issues . They Will Argue With You at Such A Rate That The Mistake Is All Yours. They Won't Replace The Mobile That Easy. Whatever The Issue May Be. They Will Say Software Problem. In that Way They Will Fix The Actual Issue.

They are good & very polite full. Response was nice
