Samsung Service Center

Samsung needs to work on their so called service centers....
The team is not having a basic information of their services centers are working on which day...the basic contact details...then the engineer team is a different completely different story... expect better from samsung.... Front desk are all available...

Location is not perfect. You can not notice in normal traffic
Staff is just smiling
Not provide proper solution for your cell problems
No parking space
Staff should be trained for hospitality and customer friendly behaviour so that they may come again for any solutions they needed instead of going to Patiala or Ludhiana

Service is Good they treat nicely with customer but the customer has to pay hard cash only they don't have swipe machine for the customer rest everything is OK.
