Apple Authorised Service Provider - QDIGI, Pathankot

Very disappointing, I’d recommend get third party repair than this lame service centre. Unprofessional staff

Unprofessional staff. Better to visit anyother service center. Sorry but not feel like apple service center. Seems like local repair shop

Not too good but almost the service is good and don't have to wait too much at this store the problem is solved as soon as possible. By the service centre staff.

As the charger of my iPhone XI got damaged on dated 21 oct 2022 and it was inside the warranty,So I thought of claiming warranty and at the same date I called the official apple service center and came to know that the nearby service center ie Office No Sf-13, 2Nd Floor Pathankot - Punjab - 145001 and It is open from Monday to Saturday and timing are 10am to 6:30 pm are aprox 50 kilometers away from mine hometown ie Jawali Himachal pradesh distt kangra , then went there on Saturday 22 oct 2022 as i took a casual leave from mine office And along with that I also fill petrol of ₹ 500 in my bike.but after going 50 kms i found that service center closed even on working day, along with me there were at least 20 to 30 other customers who also face the same situation there And then I called Pathankot service center but their number was switched off. Such a bad service of apple service center I have not seen any service center till date .💩Along with my time, my daily wage and my petrol were also lost which cost me around Rs - 1500 ie mine daily wage plus mine petrol expensive including, now after this I was told that I have to come at some other time, now I will follow the same process again, better then I would buy a new charger which is around Rs- 2000, now even after that I do not know that even if I go there to give the charger, then when will I put the replacement key on the next dateAnd the most laughable thing is that when I called the official service centre they himself could not even talk to the service center in pathankot🤪as their number are switch off .

Very good service. This is the only service center for Apple phones and other apple products in pathankot

Worst experience with this service centre. They are not bother about the calls made by the customer and also not provided any repair information either through SMS or e-mail.

Didnt have earpiece part for replacement, saying phone will go to banglore

Really poor services… doesn’t even listen to the customer problem.
