Went to get my POCO F1 battery replaced. Costed me Rs.1356 in total. Gave me the phone back in 2hrs. Partd and products are Genuine. Recommended.

They don't have any knowledge about software issues. They don't know anything about root, bootloader or custom ROM. They told me the warranty will void if phone is factory unlocked. But Xiaomi claims no warranty is voided in their website. Even after i showed them the website they didn't fix my phone. Then i have to approach another service center and they fixed it without any questions. This service center people only know how to replace hardware and don't have any knowledge about software at all. Software issues can be fixed without going to service center just contact Xiaomi care they will help you. Unlocked phone can be locked using Mi tool available in Xiaomi website. 👍
